The Friends of Turkey Creek is a volunteer group of homeowners on the Turkey Creek waterway dedicated to achieving a balanced environment for the Turkey Creek and Indian River Lagoon watershed, while retaining waterway access for the community.  Since the dredging of Turkey Creek in 2001, sediment has started to refill our waterway, damaging the water quality and natural environment of Turkey Creek.  The FOTC along with City, State, Federal representatives and our elected officials have been working together to seek long-term planning and funding solutions to this problem.
